1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MarkDeck ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MarkDeck is a Markdown file reader application that renders .md files on your device. The App processes files locally — no files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Use of the App

You may use MarkDeck for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent advertising or other monetization features
  • Redistribute or resell the App

4. Intellectual Property

MarkDeck and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarkDeck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any Markdown files you open with MarkDeck. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

6. Advertisements

The free version of MarkDeck displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to their policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MarkDeck is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MarkDeck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
